Blue Rose Code - Acquainted With The Night

TUESDAY BLUES

Do you like Singer/Songwriters, or do you have a unhealthy affection to the sadness, if so you may have a case of the Tuesday Blues!

Blue Rose Code - 'Acquainted With The Night'
Have you been watching Stargazing live? Me to. Watching Professor Brian Cox and Dara O'Briain, use their 'cheeky science' has been enthralling and mesmerizing. I'd just wish I'd paid more attention in school as  I am somewhat of a 'closet astronomer'.  However, how come every year that Stargazing is on the telly it always seems to rain? Why, oh why!

London-based / Edinburgh-born Blue Rose Code is singer/songwriter Ross Wilson. Described as 'Caledonian Soul', I'd just call them damn good.  Elements of John Martyn and a plethora of others, Wilson's songwriting certainly hits the spot.  'Acquainted With The Night' features on his 2013 EP, "Julie".  His debut is was called "North Ten" and he's just released The Whitechapel EP on Reveal Records.
