WILKO JOHNSON - Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window (1980)
Wilko Johnson is probably more famous for his part in the great British Pub Rock Band Dr Feelgood but he also had a long and succsessful solo career too. I was very pleased to find five Dylan Covers by Wilko.
Here is the first of two, it is a take on Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window and can be found on the Japanese released LP Ice on the Motorway (1980). The second is Highway 61 Revisited and that one is just tailor made for Mr Johnson. This one can be found on the CD Solid Senders (1978)

Tulis commentsGod bless Wilko. As you say Old Pa, 'Highway 61' is right up his street, but I was particularly impressed with 'Crawl Out', which I'd not heard before, a song you can just tell he loves from his performance. Loved it.
