TUESDAY BLUES!! Caroline Rose 'America Religious'

Do you like Singer/Songwriters, or do you have a unhealthy affection to the sadness, if so you may have a case of the Tuesday Blues!


Caroline Rose - 'America Religious'
I love the sound of fingers against a fretboard. The squeak of a guitar string and the hiss of a microphone. This has all three.  It starts with a melody that could be by Nick Drake and then hits you with driving brush-on-snare beat that is just so toe-tapping infectious.

'America Religious' features on Caroline Rose's debut of the same name (released July 2nd) which she co-produced with her partner Jer Coons. (They also played on nearly every instrument, including lap steel, cello, organ, mandolin, drums, and more.)

This is good. Hallelujah!

It's certainly infectious and shuffles along in a very appealing way. I like it and will check out the album. Thanks for the intro.

A pretty good slice of Americana pie. It sounded a bit like Counting Crows butt.
